Violin (Behala) 4 Strings

The Indian Violin (Behala) uses the exact same physical instrument as the Western violin, but is completely adapted to suit Indian classical music (both Carnatic and Hindustani). It is played while sitting cross-legged on the floor by resting the scroll against the right ankle, allowing for microtonal slides and intricate vocal-like ornamentation.
Tuning: Instead of standard Western tuning, the instrument is typically tuned to (C-G-C-G) or  (D-A-D-A) to blend with the drone of a tanpura.Violin 4/4 maple wood professional quality. Violin (Behala)  4 Strings,  size 4/4,
